How to search contents of files on Windows 10 and Android

Windows 10 (no third party apps)

Whenever we do a search on our gadgets and computers, we hope to find what we're looking for. The problem is that most searches only look at the filenames. So if you're anything like me, and are trying to find that file, but never gave it an appropriate name, the chances of finding it again is slim to none. What we need is a search within the file rather than the name of that file. I found this cool webpage that tells how to switch Windows 10 search from filename to filename with file contents.

On Android 6.0 OS, I've been using AndroSearch free, though the paid version takes away the limitations to the search results.
